Lynd Ward

Lynd Ward did some pretty interesting prints. His woodcuts were put together in books with no text, the story only being told by images. In 1929 he released "God's Man", a work that has influenced countless writers and artists. Mike Patton has appropriated a few of his prints for album artwork for various projects, which is how I found out about him.
