SWAMP APE WORLD TOUR DIARY '08

So heres what happened, my fellow comrades. Strong arm of the secret Swamp Ape Kult, Spincer Carnetti,Esq. left for a while on lets just say, 'a three hour tour.' Without his spiritual guidance, I was lost; I could not even complete my sentences or wash my own self. After missing him so badly for what seemed like an eternity, I spent 8 months in the basement building a robotic version of him, to keep me company. After I taught him our band's songs and we said our farewells, we jumped into the '62 Impala and dipped. Fuck everything, you know. It was quite romantic. We were much younger then.

The jungles of South America were dangerous, to say the least.

Robotic Spincer wanted to shortcut through the African drylands and he drove crazy the whole time.

But then we were back on course, through the Mongolian tundras.

After our extensive show schedule in Mesopotamia, we found ourselves in the deadly rainforests of the Indonesian archipelago.

Shit got real fucked up in Japan when we had to escape the volcanic eruptions of Mt.Fiji. Unfortunately our guide, this man I think was gay who was named David, couldn't fit in the Impala due to the women we had in the car and so he burnt up in the lava that was chasing us.

We drove for so long that Robotic Spincer, who had suffered such extreme volcano fire damage and sexual overstimulation, was unable to continue onward. In a moment of rebirth, he threw himself under the claws of this giant beast that we escaped in the New Zealand tropics. And I was alone yet again.

The ride back to Atlanta was quiet, I had only my memories and the dried drugs and prostitute blood that caked the leather interior of the Impala to comfort me. Nonetheless it put my tired mind at ease to pull back up to the house when the world tour was over.

To all my friends, at home and abroad, that kept the dream alive- SWAMP APE WORLD TOUR '08 ruled and let us never forget the brave men and androids who gave their lives to see it manifested in reality. Thank you all/Ride or die. 2008.
