Mutually Assured Destruction (precious bodily fluids)

i dont know man that seems like something pretty impossible to accurately quantify. apart from the initial deaths from being obliterated by a nuclear bomb, what about the people who will die of cancer 5 years later? or the destruction of huge sections of the food supply, to say nothing of the water supply --

or the deaths of malnutrition or starvation that would inevitably occur in the world's poorer surviving regions. what resources are left would be commandeered by the survivors of the post industrial world for sure....

or, the people who can't get healthcare for other unrelated things because hospitals are completely full of people suffering from after effects of nuclear fall out....

or, on a related note, folks who would die as a result of the completely destroyed world economy. or the lack of healthcare professionals and infrastructure.......

yeah, this is perhaps a very overly cut and dry summation of nuclear war. who made this graph anyway, a nuclear warhead manufacturer?

hahaha yea, i think the graph represents the ability to destroy everyone on the world in one giant explosion.

Seeing the effects of nuclear contamination on a smaller scale (i.e. hiroshima or even chernobyl for that matter) you can easily see that even one nuclear episode can devastate an entire region. Given that our nukes today are easily (as an underestimation) 500x more powerful than the nukes used in WWII, about 20 would actually ruin the world. I mean, if you actually take all the shit into account that you mentioned.

The graph is ridiculous because it suggests you need a million plus nukes. totally awesome.
